Kip is a fitness tracking application for iOS that integrates with Apple HealthKit to display your health and fitness data, track goals, manage achievements, and provide workout tracking features. The App is provided free of charge.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The fitness data and insights provided by the App are for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or making health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information displayed in the App.
The App requires access to Apple HealthKit to function. You must grant the appropriate permissions for the App to read your health data. You can revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings. The App's use of HealthKit data complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

The App and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Kevin Lagat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Kip name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of Kevin Lagat.
The App displays data sourced from Apple HealthKit and your device's sensors. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health or fitness data displayed. Data accuracy depends on your device hardware, Apple HealthKit, and how you wear or use your devices.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any features within it) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
We may introduce additional features in the future, including but not limited to account creation, leaderboards, social features, or premium offerings. Any new features will be subject to updated Terms and will be clearly communicated to you. Optional features requiring account creation or additional data collection will require your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kevin Lagat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

The App integrates with Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch, which are services provided by Apple Inc. Your use of these services is governed by Apple's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
