We're here to help
Kip reads your health and fitness data directly from Apple Health (HealthKit). This means any data recorded by your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other HealthKit-compatible devices is automatically available in Kip. No manual entry is needed.
Make sure you've granted Kip permission to access Apple Health data. Go to iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Kip and ensure all relevant categories are enabled.
Install the Kip Watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone. Once installed, the Watch app will automatically connect with the iPhone app. You can start workouts directly from your wrist.
Open Kip, go to Settings, and tap on Daily Goals. Use the sliders to adjust your step count and distance targets to match your fitness level.
Kip sends smart local notifications based on your activity — like nudges when you're close to your goal, morning summaries, and achievement celebrations. All notifications are generated on your device. You can customize which types you receive in Settings > Notifications.
You can toggle individual notification types in the App's settings, or disable all Kip notifications from iOS Settings > Notifications > Kip.
Yes. All your health data stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store any personal or health information on external servers. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will remove all Kip-related data from your device. Your health data in Apple Health is not affected by uninstalling Kip.
Yes, Kip is completely free to download and use with no ads or hidden costs.
